The Belfast Telegraph reports Wilde said, “Not eating meat [really keeps me trim]. It’s a lifestyle choice, but meat, and what’s usually served with it, is a big calorie packer.”
As for getting a good work out, she said, “Do some yoga. I never feel more beautiful than after I’ve really spent some time breathing.”

Olivia Wilde worked out 5-6 days a week to play the sexy warrior Quorra in Tron, doing a combination of cardio exercise, weight-lifting and martial arts training, she reveals in the January 2011 issue of Women’s Health.

Olivia, 26, recounts: “I worked with a personal trainer, so I did about an hour of cardio five or six days a week, weight training three times a week, mixed martial arts/fighting three times a week.”
The athletic Olivia, a vegan who normally does yoga, Pilates and spinning to stay fit, wasn’t allowed to gain or lose weight while shooting Tron because the high-tech futuristic costumes were one-of-a-kind.
