Chris Hemsworth Workout Routine
Finally saw The Avengers and it was so amazing! The workouts Chris did before the filming must have been quite effective as his physique was intimidating. Chris Hemsworth plays as Thor who is a demi god and is pretty much a bad ass with a weapon not even the Hulk can pick up–The Thunder Hammer
As you can see Chris definitley put on some muscle for his role as Thor. He has pretty much the ideal phsyique standing at 6’4″ tall and has a good amount of muscle. I will show you a basic workout routine he did because the more advanced training he performed is not shared publicy. Dont fret though, this website has quality information on how to pack on muscle and lose fat to achieve to achieve a look that Chris has!
Before I go into the chris hemsworth workout make sure to read this:
Many of these exercises are medium to high volume in rep range. Go for 10-12 reptitions and only rest for 30-60 seconds!
Resting anything longer than 60 seconds between sets will defeat the purpose of building muscle!
If you are struggling to finish the desired rep range then lower the weight by no more than 5 pounds. You might start feelin’ the burn but push through it! Aim for 4-5 sets for each exercise, 50 repititions for each exercise is pretty good.
